About my blog

This blog is about the things that interest me and the things I get up to. It will mostly be about crafty activities and the things I buy on my shopping trips to charity shops, car boot sales, and vintage/antiques fairs.

For me this blog is a way of recording what I have been doing and sharing my craft projects and interesting finds with others.

Since the middle of March 2012 I have started to give my blog posts titles that are the titles of books, I never know what to put as a title that will sound interesting, especially as many of my posts are very similar. Using book titles allows me to incorporate my love of books into my blog.

    Hi Zoe
We’ve met a couple of time through Sew Make Believ.
I was just looking through your blog and noticed your entry about the course Looking the Part. I am actually an Image Consultant in my spare time and so would be intrested to hear who delivered the course for you, how long it was, the type of organisation you work for etc……I am always keen to know what other professionals in my field are doing.

I am impressed by all the things you manage to make – very envious of your dresses!

    Hope to see you soon

    Hi Zoe,

I saw your blog post about your Penguin Donkey bookcase. I wonder if you would be kind enough to give me a few dimensions off of it. I’m trying to make an accurate drawing of it. If you would be willing to do it, perhaps you would send me an e-mail and I’ll let you know what I need. Thank you very much

    Hi Zoe,

I realise this is probably a strange message, but i wondered if you would be able to advise if you knew anywhere i could get hold of one the Mason Cash Bowls you have pictured in one of your posts in 2011.

My wife has recently broken one of her mothers bowls which is identical to that pictured, and both are heartbroken. Any advise you can offer would be most appreciated.
